## Prohibited countries and territories

The following list is reproduced from **Annex 2 of the AML Policy** for easier
reference. Billions services are not available in these countries and
territories:

4. Democratic Republic of the Congo
5. Ukraine (temporarily occupied territories), including Crimea and Sevastopol
   and occupied parts of Donetsk, Kherson, Luhansk, and Zaporizhzhia
6. Guatemala
7. Haiti
8. Iran
9. Iraq
10. Lebanon
11. Libya
12. Macao SAR
13. Moldova
14. Myanmar
15. Nicaragua
16. North Korea
17. Russian Federation
18. Somalia
19. South Sudan
20. Sri Lanka
21. Sudan
22. Syria
23. Venezuela
24. Yemen
25. Zimbabwe
